Background

Sara Angius' workshop is divided into two phases: First, the focus is on conscious body awareness - through warm-up, control of individual body parts and puppet-like movements. The second phase involves partner work with tasks to manipulate the body - with and without physical contact. Participants playfully alternate between active and passive parts. The workshop offers space for creative exploration of physical control, cooperation and expression.
